Who YOU Are.

Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager to join our fun, playful and fast-growing team! This role will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure launch of new products and seamless systems integrations. This role reports to our Product Manager.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Assist in the planning, development, and launch of new products
• Manage SKUs and ensure accurate and timely updates to product data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, logistics and marketing, to ensure product integration is seamless and successful
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
• Create and maintain product documentation, including product briefs, specs, and user guides
• Assist with pricing strategies and competitive analysis
• Track and report on product performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements

What You Are Great At:

• 1-2 years of experience in product management or related field
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Understanding of product development process and methodologies

• Analytical thinking to be able to use market trend data and an understanding of customer needs to make informed decisions that develop successful products
• Strong communication skills to effectively communication with cross-functional teams to clearly convey ideas and information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Project management skills to prioritize tasks, set deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
• Attention to detail to manage complex product data effectively
• Adaptability to changing business needs and requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
