Who YOU are:

Role

We are seeking an experienced Entertainment Partnership Manager to join our fun, playful and fast-growing team! This role reports to our Head of Brand Partnerships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Establish and manage relationships across major brand partners to create meaningful, impactful and original activations 
• Develop comprehensive activation strategies designed to achieve brand goals 
• Utilize a deep understanding of global sports, entertainment and fashion culture to support in the development of the Global Partnership Strategy
• Negotiate efficient partnership agreements leveraging knowledge of industry standards and the brand to drive discussions
• Lead cross-functional partnership briefings, collaborating with each team to build comprehensive plans against partner assets
• Manage the partner execution of co-marketing campaigns through the launch of cross-functional initiatives
• Develop and manage internal asset and budgeting documents that give a real time view of partnership status
• Communicate partner needs and collaborate with cross-functionally to ensure programs are developed and delivered on time and in budget 
• Identify and build plans against current and upcoming trends within the sports, entertainment and fashion industries that can be leveraged in partner activations
• Ensure continuous communication with regional teams as they develop programs to ensure brand alignment  
• Evaluate partnership success through qualitative and quantitative metrics and adjust strategies based on findings
• Collaborate with the right partners who can bring us to the forefront of culture and top of mind with our target audiences 
• Evangelize partnership programs internally to all key stakeholders 

What You Are Great At:

• 3 years relevant work experience, including experience in partnership marketing, fashion, technology, lifestyle marketing and/or entertainment preferred 
• Extremely strong project management skills and experience
• A thorough understanding of how to create and drive successful partnerships 
• Experience developing and negotiating partner contracts
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Master networker with the ability to build and cultivate relationships
• Experience in developing integrated marketing plans
• Ability to create, manage and adhere to a budget
• Able to develop and move projects forward independently and autonomously
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and manage relationships with cross functional teams
• Used to a fast paced startup environment where taking initiative is imperative and ambiguity makes you comfortable

This role will manage the most important brand partnerships for Gel Blaster around the world and play a pivotal role in their success. We are looking for a manager who can deliver major projects with a cross functional team whilst also adding value to the mid and long term planning of the partnerships and Cultural Marketing function. We are seeking someone who understands the partnership landscape and can derive material value for Gel Blaster whilst maintaining strong cultural credibility and relevance throughout every brand activation.
